Business Philosophy
Chairman's Message
Looking back to September 29, 2022, the 17th Board of Directors and the management team formally assumed leadership of Roo Hsing at a critical moment. At that time, extraordinary legal events had disrupted normal operations and resulted in the suspension of share trading. That day marked the beginning of Roo Hsing's rebirth. We turned a new page by comprehensively reviewing our business strategy, strengthening partnerships with global brand customers, and rigorously enforcing corporate governance—establishing transparency and integrity as the cornerstones of the Company's sustainable development.
As a leading global manufacturer of denim apparel, Roo Hsing is keenly aware of the environmental impact and resource consumption inherent in textile production. We therefore regard low-carbon sustainability and green manufacturing as fundamental operating principles, and we actively share responsibility in addressing the global challenge of climate change. Through continuous investment in research and development, ongoing process optimization, and the introduction of automation and environmentally friendly washing technologies, we are committed to reducing our carbon footprint. These initiatives enable us to meet increasingly stringent ESG standards required by international brand customers, while providing competitive products and integrated, one-stop solutions across diversified global markets—allowing manufacturing excellence and value creation to jointly support long-term sustainability.
The strength of an enterprise ultimately lies in its people. As of December 2025, the Roo Hsing family comprises approximately 20,000 dedicated employees and is supported by nearly 20,000 shareholders. Behind these figures are 40,000 families who place their trust and expectations in us—a responsibility we take with the utmost seriousness. We firmly believe that only through the collective efforts of our employees and the enduring support of our shareholders can the Company achieve stable growth and a promising future. This shared sense of responsibility is the most powerful driving force behind Roo Hsing's continued progress and pursuit of excellence.
Through disciplined execution and steady advancement, Roo Hsing is rebuilding itself step by step. The management team has embedded operational rigor into daily practice, guided by four pillars of normalization: stable and reliable financial reporting, normalized share trading mechanisms, consistent disclosure of operating performance, and diversified, well-functioning financing activities. Together, these pillars strengthen our corporate fundamentals and restore confidence in the capital markets. At the same time, ESG principles — Environment, Social responsibility, and Governance—serve as the framework through which we create value as both a responsible global citizen and a listed company.
Looking ahead, Roo Hsing is well positioned to reach new heights in the global textile and apparel manufacturing industry. On behalf of the Board and management team, I remain firmly committed to creating greater recognition and sustainable value for our customers, employees, and shareholders.
